The Youth Leadership & Development Wing (YLD) is a dedicated student initiative under L&D Global Bhubaneswar Chapter. It serves as a platform for leadership, skill development and professional growth for young student leaders.

Separate identity for Gen Z – called Y-LnDians.
Part of a large professional body – L&D Global.
Showcasing talents – academic, extracurricular, unique skills.
Mentorship and support from industry professionals.

Unique Branding

Called Y-LnDians to build bonding among members.
Distinctive YLD badge and member certificate.
Recognized as future leaders within the student ecosystem.

YLD Activities

Y-LnDians can engage in:

Leadership and skill development programs
Innovation, learning and problem-solving initiatives
Mentorship, career guidance and networking
Recognition and awards for excellence

Eligibility Criteria

Open to all students (any stream), aged ≤ 25
Postgraduate students can continue until course completion
Post completion, they become part of L&D Bhubaneswar Chapter

Membership Details

We offer flexible and affordable membership options for young leaders:

Early Bird Offer: ₹300/year till 31st March 2025 (valid till 31st Mar 2026)
2-Year Plan: ₹550
Post 31st Mar 2025: ₹350/year or ₹650 for 2 years
